Nevada State Route 289
State Route 289 (SR 289) is a state highway in Humboldt County, in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Nevada. The route serves the town of Winnemucca, and is concurrent with Interstate 80 Business (I-80 Bus.) for part of its length. The highway was formerly part of SR 1 and later U.S. Route 40 (US 40).
==History==
SR 289 became a state highway on July 1, 1976, during the renumbering of Nevada's state highway system.
